How this 1 App accelerated my fitness journey
Lose it! — Yes its the app I am taking about. It is a calorie and Macro calculator with monitoring for sleep, water and many others.
2020, I was 76 kg; this is just before COVID hit. I accelerated my weight add journey; Gained 12 kg in a year.
By 2021, I was 88 kg and I fell into the trap of inactivity which lead to bad eating habits; its a downward spiral.
Luckily, I have changed my city by end of 2021 and I’ve decided to start being physically active for at-least 4–5 hours a week though various activities (Jog, Gym and Badminton)
6 months went by, I lost 5 kg and became more mentally active and felt energised throughout the day. That’s when I decided to do bodybuilding and decrease fat% in my body.
I have tried for 5–6 months and failed miserably. Last time I was into body building was in 2016–17. My body has changed a lot since then and the foods didn’t impact my body the same way.
That’s when I came across the app Lose It! from a colleague and it is a calorie and Macro calculator with monitoring for sleep, water and many others.
Till date I have tracked 100 days+ successfully in the app; keeping body building as goal.
It skyrocketed my energy, improved my digestion and sleep. Also, I am almost in the best shape of my life.
