3 Things which definitely improved my way of life

Of course, sports are good for physical health and all. But mindfulness is a fantastic byproduct. The moment we continuously practise and improve the game/quality of activity, we can fall in love with the sport or activity.

The more you enjoy, the more you do it.

And it's a great outward spiral. You will eat more fruits, and fresh food, feel fantastic, age slow, look great and obviously lose weight.

Remember, fitness is not for your friends marriage, its for lifetime.

2. Mindfulness

I can’t do anything but feel sad about how meditation is not so popular compared to other activities out there; At least on the number of people practising it!

Physical health is important but mindfulness makes every passing second more thoughtful and self-aware.

Try meditation

  1. If you are having a bad day at work
  2. If you are feeling depressed
  3. If you have lots of things to do (It works!)

How can you do it? Download that top app from Appstore(I use Calm), set a time(post-bath works for me) and take it to the next level by increasing the time allocated to it.

3. The problem of plenty

I always try to self improve by learning a skill. Might be cooking, coding, writing, learn about crypto but I failed many many times.

The takeaway was to focus on one

and if you are able to enjoy and do it for more than 3 weeks, add one more! Now, I play badminton, and table tennis and go to the gym over the week because I started focusing on one and solved the problem of plenty.
